Experiencing crime, trauma, or other challenging life events can create ripple effects in many aspects of our lives and can leave a person feeling vulnerable and forever changed.  Times of vulnerability and stress can also be times of great opportunity and inner strength. 

Everyone deserves a supportive and safe environment in which to heal, understand, and re-establish a sense of personal balance and personal safety and security.

• I offer a free initial 30 minute consultation either by phone or in person. 

• My fees for a 50-minute counseling session range up to $75 per session and I offer a generous sliding fee scale to match your needs and financial situation. 

•  The number of counseling sessions is decided together based on your personal goals and preferences.
